With the combination of my home theater system and the fact that movies now come out on DVD and Blu-Ray within only a few months of their theatrical release, I haven’t actually seen a movie in theaters in over two years. The last movie I saw in theaters was Episode III Revenge of the Sith.
I think I just may have to break that streak on May 22nd with Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I don’t think I’ll be able to wait the few months for it to come out on disc.
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is one of my all-time favorite movies and this one looks to be just as good. Sean Connery will not be returning as Henry Jones, Sr., but Karen Allen will be reprising her role as Marion Ravenwood from Raiders of the Lost Ark. This movie is going to be awesome. I’ve already got the date marked in my calender.
